Book with credits
Rogveda wallet uses credits (1 credit = 1¢ USD; 100 credits = $1). Buy credits via Flutterwave (NGN) or Razorpay (INR). BNPL available — book with zero balance. Credits are blocked at booking and settled on service completion.

Initiation OTP
On arrival at the facility, generate your initiation OTP from your bookings page. Share it with the vendor to start service. Credits move from blocked to locked. WhatsApp verification required once.
Completion OTP
After service is complete, generate your completion OTP. The vendor enters it to mark the service done. Credits move to earned. Rogveda processes settlement. If anything goes wrong, raise a dispute — we'll resolve it.

Is Rogveda free for patients?+
Yes. There are no fees to browse, compare, or search. You only pay when you book a service using credits.
How do I get credits?+
Buy credits via Flutterwave (NGN or international cards) or Razorpay (INR/UPI). 100 credits = $1.00 USD.
What is the BNPL feature?+
Book Now, Pay Later. You can book any listing with a zero credit balance. You must top up to ≥ 0 before generating your initiation OTP.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel pending bookings anytime — blocked credits are released immediately. In-progress bookings can only be resolved via dispute.
Is WhatsApp verification mandatory?+
WhatsApp is required once before your first booking. After that, it's only needed if your number changes.
Are vendors verified?+
Yes. Every vendor goes through manual vetting, KYC document checks, and Admin approval before going live on the platform.
Terms of service
By using Rogveda you agree that all bookings are subject to vendor availability and pricing. Rogveda is a marketplace intermediary and does not provide medical services directly. All healthcare decisions should be made in consultation with qualified medical professionals.
Privacy policy
We collect minimal data needed to operate the platform: email (for authentication), WhatsApp number (for booking OTPs), and anonymized browsing data (for session continuity). We never sell your data. Data is stored securely and retained per applicable regulations.
